Duration of your Stay at Poudenas :
The undersigned client has subscribed to a contract for a determined period and cannot Under any circumstance remain in the accommodation at the end of the agreed stay.
The rental is agreed between the two parties signatory to this agreement and cannot benefit third parties, even partially, or whether they are physical persons or legal entities.
A breach of this clause would result in the immediate cancellation of the rental and the amount of the rental non-refundable.
Settlement of balance due:
The client will pay the owner the balance still owing for the agreed rental at east one month before the start of the stay. A client not having paid this balance on the due date will be considered as having cancelled their stay. The rental period will be made available again and no refund will be due.
If a booking is made within 30 days of the beginning of the stay, the entire amount will be due upon booking.
Cancellation by the client :
Any cancellation must be notified to the owner by registered post or telegram.
Cancellation before arrival et the property : the deposit will be kept by the Owner. The Owner will be entitled to the balance of the stay if cancellation occurs within 30 days of the planned arrival date. If the client does not show up within 24 hours of the scheduled date as per the rental contract, the Owner can rclaim the property.
If the stay is shortened, the rental amount remains the property of the Owner and no refund will be made.
Cancellation by the Owner:
The Owner will refind the Client double the amount paid.
The client is responsible for any damage he may have caused to the property. The client must ensure that he is insured by a holiday insurance contract for these various risks. By signing this rental contract, the client acknowledges that he has subscribed to such an insurance contract.
The client must arrive on the day and time mentioned on this contract. If there is a delay, the client must contact the Owner.
An inventory is prepared by mutual agreement and signed by the Tenant and the Owner or his representative upon arrival. This inventory will be the only reference in case of dispute, and will also address the cleanliness of the premises.
A security deposit for the amount shown in this contract is due to the Owner. The deposit will be refunded less any making good of any damages assessed withina month of the tenant’s departure.
Use of the premises, security, swimming pool, outside spaces:
The tenant will use the premises quietly and in accordance with what they are intended for. We draw attention to the surveillance of young children, at the pool (alarmed, but adult vigilance is still required), in the upstairs rooms where windows can be secured half open to avoid the risk of falls, or else in the garden and the outside spaces.
This agreement is contracted for a maximum number of occupiers. If the holidaymakers come in a number higher than the agreed maximum, the owner can refuse the extra people or demand a financial compensation.
This contract allows for the admission of pets. An extra deposit may be required.
